Situated north of Edmonton, Alberta, Tawatinaw Valley Appaloosas prides itself in raising quality Appaloosas. The countryside of the beautiful Tawatinaw Valley offers ample room to roam a natural environment in which we believe the Appaloosa Horse was destined to exist in.

Tawatinaw Valley Appaloosas adheres to the principals that because of the versatility and uniqueness of the Appaloosa breed, the spirit of the horse should not be kept within the confines of a barn, but out in the open pastures. We only breed Appaloosas to Appaloosas and strive to produce all around versatile and intelligent horses that are able to perform well in almost any capacity.

Our stallions carry foundation lines including such Legends as: Mansfield Comanche, Apache, Patchy, Joker B., Prince Plaudit, Bright Eyes Brother and many more. We pride ourselves in offering highest quality horses that possess dual-registry (ApHC & ApHCC). Equally important is the quality of our mares, carrying some of the finest performance and foundation bloodlines, including the Starbuck Leopard, Mansfield Comanche, Toby, Patchy, Joker B., Poco Bueno and Goer. Our foals are classified as F4, the highest Appaloosa classification to date in Canada.
